• Quantifies the effectiveness of the "on-boarding" process and provides critical data to continuously improve the process
• Provides a consistent management connection early in the employee experience
• Assures clarity with employees in understanding their responsibilities so speed to productivity is achieved company-wide

How it works

• 30-90 days after start date, employee receives e-mail invitation and link to assessment
• Employee completes on-line questionnaire asking about experiences in their new job
• Data reported to manager and HR:
  • Identifies satisfaction and dissatisfaction areas
  • Provides managers with questions to ask for clarification
  • Recommends actions to address problems and increase productivity
  • Summarizes effectiveness of formal corporate orientation and the work group’s less formal on-boarding process
