Designed for individuals to report on their initial experiences as an employee
- Quantifies the effectiveness of the "on-boarding" process and provides critical data to continuously improve the process
- Provides a consistent management connection early in the employee experience
- Assures clarity with employees in understanding their responsibilities so speed to productivity is achieved company-wide
How it works
- 30-90 days after start date, employee receives e-mail invitation and link to assessment
- Employee completes on-line questionnaire asking about experiences in their new job
- Data reported to manager and HR:
- Identifies satisfaction and dissatisfaction areas
- Provides managers with questions to ask for clarification
- Recommends actions to address problems and increase productivity
- Summarizes effectiveness of formal corporate orientation and the work group’s less formal on-boarding process
