How it works

  • 30-90 days after start date, employee receives e-mail invitation and link to assessment
  • Employee completes on-line questionnaire asking about experiences in their new job
  • Data reported to manager and HR:

    • Provides managers with questions to ask for clarification
    • Recommends actions to address problems and increase productivity
