How it works
- All employees in work group receive e-mail invitation to complete short on-line questionnaire
- Manager receives 2 reports:
- The individual report is similar to pre-hire with discussion points about motivators and frustrations in current work environment
- The work group report is a summary of motivators/frustrations and I*Factor Scores
- Individual Discussion Guide
- Help to identify specific actions to address employee concerns
- Employees receive summary of own responses
