How it works

• All employees in work group receive e-mail invitation to complete short on-line questionnaire
• Manager receives 2 reports:
  • The individual report is similar to pre-hire with discussion points about motivators and frustrations in current work environment
  • The work group report is a summary of motivators/frustrations and I*Factor Scores
  • Individual Discussion Guide
• Help to identify specific actions to address employee concerns
• Employees receive summary of own responses
