How it works

  • Recruiter or HR sends invitation and link to applicant before interview
  • Candidate completes short on-line questionnaire
  • Manager receives a report for interviewing. The report contains:

    • Follow-up questions manager can ask at interview to clarify candidate intent and make candidate “feel heard” about
