How it works
- Recruiter or HR sends invitation and link to applicant before interview
- Candidate completes short on-line questionnaire
- Manager receives a report for interviewing. The report contains:
- Employee-identified motivators and frustrations from past work environments
- Follow-up questions manager can ask at interview to clarify candidate intent and make candidate “feel heard” about
- Absence/presence of prior frustrations in the new environment
- Absence/presence of prior motivators in the new environment
- Discussion Guide
- Both sides make informed decision on candidate match with your environment based on reported preferences
- Helps to identify and discuss prior frustrations that exist in new environment and alternatives for addressing them
