How it works

  • Assessment Administrator
    • Manages schedule for assessment-related activities using I*LEVEL-supplied project plan
    • Selects from extensive question bank
    • Obtains required internal approvals
    • Manages internal communications planning
    • Conducts trial with a small group of people
    • Adjusts assessment and communications based on feedback from trial group
    • Launches assessment via e-mail announcement containing link to on-line questionnaire
    • Link may also be located on corporate Intranet
    • Checks response rates daily and sends reminders to employees
  • Employees answer demographic, multiple choice, and essay questions via web-native application that is clearly not hosted on the company’s network.
  • Administrator disables link at end of assessment period
    • May extend time if response rate is not sufficient to produce valid results
  • On-Line reports are generated:
    • Response rates by demographics
    • Executive Summary
    • Key Findings and action recommendations
    • Detailed results by demographic
    • Essay question responses
  • Assessment Administrator presents executive summary to executive team
  • Communication to employees is drafted.
