How it works
- Assessment Administrator
- Manages schedule for assessment-related activities using I*LEVEL-supplied project plan
- Selects from extensive question bank
- Obtains required internal approvals
- Manages internal communications planning
- Conducts trial with a small group of people
- Adjusts assessment and communications based on feedback from trial group
- Launches assessment via e-mail announcement containing link to on-line questionnaire
- Link may also be located on corporate Intranet
- Checks response rates daily and sends reminders to employees
- Employees answer demographic, multiple choice, and essay questions via web-native application that is clearly not hosted on the company’s network.
- Administrator disables link at end of assessment period
- May extend time if response rate is not sufficient to produce valid results
- On-Line reports are generated:
- Response rates by demographics
- Executive Summary
- Key Findings and action recommendations
- Detailed results by demographic
- Essay question responses
- Assessment Administrator presents executive summary to executive team
- Communication to employees is drafted.
- Responding to results: we supply a model plan for you to follow.
