A. Each client can select any combination of modules they would like to use. I*LEVEL recommends using the entire suite due to ease of integration and to maximize the return on investment. Many customers phase in the modules over time.

Q. Is the I*LEVEL product targeted at one particular industry?
A. No, the I*LEVEL product can be used in any industry. I*LEVEL has specific content and questions for different industries. For instance, the Healthcare industry has different content than the Manufacturing industry.
Q. Can I*LEVEL be used for customers rather than employees?
A. Yes, I*LEVEL has designed the application so that it can be used for variety of needs. With additional content, it can be used with employees, with customers, with tenants in a building, with volunteers, and with other groups of people.
Q. If we see the value of your product, but are not sure how we can successfully implement it given all the change that is occurring already, what do you suggest?
A. I*LEVEL understands the importance of communicating new initiatives to your organization in ways that create understanding, stir excitement, and build trust. There are many ways to implement our product, depending upon your particular dynamics. For instance, it is possible to begin using the assessments that affect a smaller percentage of the organization first. You can also begin with the Retention Assessment to get an accurate read of the views of your workforce and use that as a baseline for future initiatives.

Q. Will the process of rolling out the I*LEVEL application interfere with other current initiatives in our organization?
A. Our Client On-Boarding process includes gathering information about the status of the organization, including all other initiatives, to ensure that all initiatives are in alignment and serving the business strategy and goals of the organization.
Q. What determines whether we will need Professional Services?
A. The dynamics and capability of each organization are different. We offer services to whatever extent they are needed to increase organizational effectiveness. Q. How do I gain access or a user login to the system?
A. Your company's system administrator is the best person to set up the appropriate access for you in the system. Client Services can help with account problems of people who are already users. Contact Client Services or dial 1.800.596.2409 and select Client Services and a representative can assist you.
Q. What kind of training does I*LEVEL provide?
A. Training for Administrators covers the functions of setting up and managing assessments. Training for Managers explains how to use the reports. Training is available per module and is delivered in 5 ways. Please visit Training for more information.
Q. How do I report problems?

Q. What is the process for setting up an assessment?
A. I*LEVEL Client Services will assist you with the process. At a high level, the process includes, developing a communications plan, designing the assessment, customizing the content, trialing to testing the assessment, launching the assessment, deployment of the assessment, analysis of the assessment data, development of action plans.
Q. Can I customize the questions included in an assessment?
A. I*LEVEL provides standard assessment questions by industry for ease of use. Clients have the ability to create custom content and change the standard assessments. Categories, questions, invitation text as well as the background template for an assessment may be tailored to fit a client's needs.
Q. Is the I*LEVEL application a hosted application?
A. Yes, the I*LEVEL suite of tools is a web-based application that is hosted and managed by I*LEVEL.
Q. What technology is the software based on?
A. The I*LEVEL application Suite is a 100 percent certified Java application that runs on Macromedia JRun. The Java code is generated using Macromedia ColdFusion MX.
Q. Will the I*LEVEL application suite interface with other applications in my company?
A. Yes, I*LEVEL can interface with other applications. I*LEVEL will assist in defining requirements and mapping data for the interface. I*LEVEL will work with the client to define import/export process of data.
Q. What security measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access?
A. For obvious reasons, I*LEVEL does not publish security measures on our public website. We are happy to have a detailed discussion of application security with current and prospective clients.
